Alexander McQueen Spring/Summer 2010

After looking through photos of spring/summer 2010 runway, I have to give a hand to Alexander McQueen, his shoes are beyond anything i can imagine. It is something you never see before, beyond what you would have expected. With shoes shape like hooves (Lady Gaga wore those in her music video Bad Romance) in which its details are animal like (snake print and the like) and the exquisitely designed stilettos that looks like a bones that wrap around your heel, and steam punk booties, they are really out of this world!

The clothes from the collection is also WOW. The design and patterns used is different but interesting. The shapes formed is intricate but flattering to a woman's body.


The last few dresses were a bit, okay a LOT more revealing than the rest. The top comprises of sheer cloth and it wraps around the body of the model in a way it looks like waves. The last look was the super studded one (lower left).

This is one of the dress that caught my eye. It's naughty and nice at the same time. Its revealing in a way that its not trying too hard, it uses sheer cloth at the top. Also, the flow of the skirt is balloon like with a bit of fold. At first you would think it isn't flattering but it actually is!

The accessories in this collection is to die for! Did you see the bangles? Its isn't even like a normal bangle. It's more like a metal glove with the fingers chopped of. I feel in love with it as I laid my eyes on them. Which I could get them :( The clutches in the collection is also :O Its like scrunched up cloth but with sense in them. There is also this bag (the black one one the left most bottom) it looks like a ball, I find it cool.
